The modern suit has originates from the 19th century Industrial Revolution, when jackets, pants, and vests started being cut from the same fabric. The suit continues to be the uniform of the establishment as well as a representation of authority. A suits speaks a thousand words before the man wearing it opens his mouth. It highlights the masculine form while at time serving as a physical aesthetic.
