Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro
To help put this issue of The Glare together, we had the opportunity to try out the new Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. Our overall impression of the laptop/tablet was positive.
The style factor of converting a laptop to a tablet is impressive. At the cafe where we worked on this issue, many admired the design. We used all four operating modes of the device: Laptop, Stand, Tent, and Table. The tent and stand modes got the most attention . Setting the Yoga on its top and bottom edges makes it functions like a tablet, which is fun for meetings! The touchscreen in tablet mode is very responsive.
Black keys feature backlit white letters. The 13-inch display is brilliant; because we edit pictures and video, this is an important feature.
The Yoga Pro operates on the Windows 8 operating system with Intel Core Processor. The base model comes complete with 4GB of memory.
The battery life could be a longer but this drawback is not a dealbreaker for an otherwise great user experience. If you‘re looking for a new PC, look no further than this versatile tech device.
